- Responsibilities:
• Shop drawing study & approval.
• Material study & approvals.
• Method statement study & approvals.
• Test report review & approvals
• Replying to RFI’s submitted by Contractor.
• Issuing, following up, and closing NCR and Field Observations.
• Carry out mock-up & critical site inspections submitted by Contractor.
• Material receiving.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report to Resident Engineer in this regard.
• Make sure that the Contractor's personnel are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings, MS, QCP and ITP as per the project master index.
• Advise Planning Engineer and Resident Engineer of any slippage of Progress regarding site activities.
• Review the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by Contractor and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed

• Traditional Souq/ Abu Dhabi (for Al Qudra client): Traditional shopping mall + External landscape and hardscape + Additional separate retail and restaurant blocks + 4Star hotel + Cluster villas + VIP villas + Beach, marina, and related marine works. Project value: 800 Million DHS
- Responsibilities:
• Assisting Senior Architect in approving project’s Shop Drawings, Method Statements (MS), and Material Approval Requests (MAR).
• Make sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), and that the latest version of the applicable document is available at point of use.
• Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP.
• Verify with Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirements.
• Report in writing to the Construction Manager and Senior Architect in the event of noticing that the relevant Shop Drawings, materials used, MS, QCP and ITP do not cover all specification requirements. Copy of such report shall be forwarded to ADNOC Project Manager.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report to Senior Architect and Construction Manager in this regard.
• Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request (MAR).
• Make sure that the Contractor's personnel are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings, MS, QCP and ITP as per the project master index.
• Closely monitor concrete pours and check continuously concrete materials delivered to site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, and ensure all concrete tests are carried out as per contract requirements.
• Ensuring that the relevant "Records" are effectively and adequately used and signed of the following Site Inspection Activity.
• Frequently check famework/shuttering systems and ensure quality, safety, and constructability aspects are met.
• Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non Conformance Report (NCR), reviewed by Construction Manager in coordination with the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Advise Planning Engineer and Construction Manager of any slippage of Progress regarding site activities.
• Participate with PMC disciplines in reviewing the Close Out Report as submitted by Contractor.
• Review the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by Contractor and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.

• Ruwais ADNOC schools complex: three schools (elementary, secondary, kindergarten) + two sport halls + two swimming pools (covered and exposed) + external turf playgrounds.
• ADNOC schools extension: auditorium (1000 seats) + one sport hall+ one covered swimming pool+ small mosque.
• The new ADNOC married staff accommodation compound (41 nos. G+5 building).

- Responsibilities:
• Studying investor's (public and private) submitted touristic project drawings for compliance with Ministry regulations prior to giving approval and authorization.
• Regular construction progress monitor of authorized touristic projects within Lattkia City to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Managing all document and letter submittals with Ministry or Tourism regarding the above mentioned issues.
