Troubleshooting for ADSL/GPON/Dial-up customers and find the best solution for their problems.
Checking customers line qaulity and stability using telnet to dslam (ZHONE-MALC-CISCO).
Configuration users ADSL/GPON Modems/Routers.
Troubleshooting WLAN/LAN/WAN issues.
