1. Directed a plan promoted by the International Monetary Fund to develop a statistical metadata for Lebanon.
2. Formed and lead multi-disciplinary teams from various ministries and agencies responsible for collecting data.
3. Organized and headed the task force, defined work packages and milestones while controlling work progress.
4. Designed and defined specifications for the statistical web portal. Succeeded in raising the total necessary funds to implement the portal (180, 000 USD) obtained as a grant.
