Description:
• Setting Key Performance Indicators related to Balance Scorecard for approval by top management, and monitoring the enterprise performance against those KPI’s.
• Administering Risk Management. This includes participating in the Risk Management Manual preparation, establishing and implementing the Projects’ and Support Services Risk Registry and managing the Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Participating in the enterprise Professional Service Automation Software selection, managing and taking part in the software implementation process.
• Controlling and managing the financial issues of inter-company agreements.
• Preparing the Enterprise Financial Management Reporting. This includes Profit/Loss, Yearly Budget, Global Projects’ Budgets, Staffing, Projects’ Business Plans, Backlogs, Cash Forecasted Projects’ Flow and Days Sales Outstanding Reports.
• Preparing the revenues and costs accruals in coordination with the projects’ managers.
• Verifying the records of financial transactions completed by the financial section (revenues/costs) and reviewing other financial/accounting reports.
• Establishing and implementing the reporting systems and tools required to monitor and control the projects. These include Time, Cost, Quality, Client Relationship, Invoices Collections and Resources Utilization Reports and Dashboards.
• Preparing Projects Pricing Guidelines and verifying financial proposals prepared for bids and any projects’ variation orders.
• On the long run, following up on the overall performance of the enterprise and following up on all initiatives and monitoring their progress.
• Supervising and supporting the Enterprise Performance Engineer activities.
• Ensuring that support is being provided to all business units within the organization as requested.
• Performing any other assignment upon the request of his/her direct supervisor.

•Following up and controlling the time allocation and the timesheets delivery process by all employees and reporting high cost areas and major distortions and raising concerns’ flags as appropriate.
•Preparing the required reports to monitor and control the projects. These include Time, Cost, Quality, Risks, Client Relationship, Invoices Collections and Resources Utilization Reports and Dashboards.
•Preparing and maintaining updated projects’ budgets, time schedules and cost reports in coordination with the projects’ managers.
•Soliciting input & information for resource planning and forecasting.
•Verifying the records of financial transactions completed by the financial section (revenues/costs) and reviewing other financial/accounting reports.
6-weeks trainee in fields of quality and process control in several departments.
-Learning the quality and production process for several production, like: textile, leather, brake discs, furniture, apparel, suitcases.
-Working on a project for Ford Motor Company. Quality test standards for textile before mass production.
