Responsible for development and performance of sales activities and drives sales across all Vision Valley offerings with concentration on special and major projects .
>Create and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses and submit accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity report to Management.
>Through organized and planed sales visits, he/she will be responsible to establish new business & expand the existing one as well.
>Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets in order to reach the given target.
>Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed towards achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
>Provides timely feedback to Management regarding performance including preparation of variety of status reports regarding activities, closing, follow up and adherence to goals and prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets..
>Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
>Maintains a documented periodically opportunity funnel (pipeline report) that covers all segments opportunities.
>Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
>Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines .Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
>Ensures contracts are in compliance with Vision Valley contract policy and practices.
>Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
>Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
