1. Review and approval of contractor invoices.
2. Review and Approval of monthly, weekly & daily
progress reports of Contractor.
3. Reporting to the top management & preparing
presentation for monthly, & weekly reports.
4. Verifying the Material delivered quantities &
follow up with contractor for the remaining
materials.
5. Reviewing the site technical queries.
6. Obtain Actual Productivity, Compare to budgeted
Productivity, and report to project team regarding
the productivity status.
7. Prepare reports for the accomplished work with
respect to the bill of quantity and contract
agreement.
8. Maintain of systematic documents for Audit
purposes.
9. Physical measurement of quantities and tracking
the productivity.
10. Monitoring of project schedule and make
necessary reports to management.
1. Preparing the monthly invoices as per progress.
2. Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
3. Assist in Preparation of shop drawings.
4. Preparing X-Sections for material take off
(MTO).
5. Preparing the site technical queries.
6. Dealing with Vendors for material availability.
7. Updating the dashboard according to the daily
progress.
8. Coordinating with Design & Construction team.
9. Reporting to Construction team regarding the
quantities and progress.
10. Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) from
drawings.
11. Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from
Suppliers and Subcontractors.
12. Prepare reports for the accomplished work with
respect to the bill of quantity and contract
agreement.
13. Preparation of MTOs and Involvement in the
procurement of materials.
I did my associate diploma in civil engineering from regular basis. i had complete it in 3 year.
