Job Description:
1) Test current products and identifying deficiencies.
2) Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
3) Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
4) Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
5) Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
6) Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
