• Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status or sales activities.

• Shifted entire manual inventory system to computerized system by personally developed & successfully launched inventory control software.
• Monitoring inventory Physical & through system to maintain Branch stock Through Bar-code System of Amir Adnan & Fnk Asia BRANDS for local and international Outlets.
• Monthly/Bi monthly Physical Stock Count of entire Warehouse, Karachi Region’s outlets and Quarterly stock count of other regions shops to ensure zero shortages.
• Supervise all the Warehouse staff, Inventory Coordinators in order to ensure in time deliveries, efficient & result oriented distribution, replenishment, shop to shop merging of stock, deliveries/ newly received stock record maintenance, sales & Inventory check n balance
• To ensure and responsible for the Right Product on the Right Place at Right Time through supply chain system.
• Responsible for Planning & Management of inventory system; Establish New Strategies; Analysis & Monitoring of Strategies & Plans.
• To co-ordinate in visual merchandising and to assist Brand Managers & Marketing Managers in monitoring of products promotion cycle.
• To set targets for Area Sales Managers and also to supervise in surveillance of running targets throughout Pakistan.

• To manage inventory of categories (including Denim, Wrinkle free trousers, Casual cotton trousers, Exclusive formal blended trousers, Lounge wears, Sleeping suits, Boxer shorts, & T-shirts) by coordination with Logistic Manager throughout the Pakistan’s 52 outlets.
• Responsible for the Distribution of Fresh stock (new arrivals) and Replenishment of existing Stock of said categories.
• To look after very keenly each product & design and merge/ shuffle the stock from one shop to another accordingly to get better results in sales till its ending.
• To plan & manage inventory for special offers, like Eid occasions and for yearly summer & winter “Discount Sale” period.
• Make & Analyze the performances of each product in order to continue for regular sale or hold for discount sale with the help of MIS System.
• Analyze Strategies, Planning & Management of pre (including selection of pattern, color, size ratio, & launching season) & post (including Monitoring & Report visual merchandising of all outlets) performed products.
• Co-ordinate with Area Sales Managers & Supervise Category Executives in surveillance of running targets throughout Karachi, Islamabad, & Punjab regions.
