Part of the Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions Centre owning digital and non-digital hiring for Carrefour, Xsight Solutions & Lifestyle. As a Senior TA Partner, I am mainly responsible for:
• End to end TA process management for assigned open positions including identify recruiting resources, sourcing, pre-screening, and qualifying candidates, providing a diverse pool of qualified candidates to hiring managers, reference checks, and extending job offers.
• Partnered with Hiring Managers to strategically source a diverse candidate pool using LinkedIn and other search methods.
• Assisted cross-functional teams throughout locations on human resources policies, digital market knowledge and digital talent acquisition task.
• UAE National Hiring across OpCos for roles such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Software Engineer, Mechnical Engineers, Project Manager and more. Portals used; Smart Career by UAE Government, NAFIS, Ruya Career Fair, and Opendays.
• Partnered with hiring managers to make hiring recommendations and negotiate salaries with final candidates by providing compensation recommendations that are competitive based on internal comparators and the candidates requirements.
• Managed a workload of 30+ full cycle requisitions while achieving an average of 36 days time to fill.
• Created a data bank of technical assessments used during the hiring process.
• Successfully leading and managing the complete product hiring portfolio across multiple businesses, while also managing the non technical digital hiring requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering against challenging time-to-fill, internal fill, deadline sensitive, metrics driven KPI targets
• Relationship builder with the ability to work effectively with people at varying levels of the organization, highly collaborative, and a true team player.
• Ad-hoc planning for annual year head count and budgeting, Partner with Business Leaders and the HR team to define and deliver a talent acquisition plan.
Currently single handedly managing and establishing the recruitment department and all other departments across Tamanna.com. Some responsibilities include:
• Staffed over 100 + positions for Europe and GCC along with managing end-to-end TA process, developing hiring KPIs and revamp department structures.
• Project leader for establishing on-boarding process and implemented hiring tools.
• Improved candidate experience, creating engagement with the candidates facilitating new application.
• Advisor on all TA & HR related topics across all departments across countries of operations (Technology, Engineering, Product, Brand Acquisition, IT, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Creative & Marketing).
• Developed internship and graduate program for the organization across GCC & Portugal.
• Ensure the TA process is in line with employment legislation and best practices.
• Leveraged and partnered effectively with agencies to reduce annual spent by 25%.
• All other Ad-Hoc projects that require support across any other department.
Managed end-to-end recruitment for 7 departments across all work levels and operating locations (KSA, UAE, Egypt & Morocco).
• Established hiring structure, KPIs, reporting tools within first 6 months of employment.
• Established departments from scratch including helping establishing department structures for: o Fin-Tech (Noon Pay): .Net Developers, Risk & Fraud Analysts, Business Analyst, Account Managers, Operations Head, Risk Lead, Growth Specialist & more o Technology: Product Managers, Software Engineers (Back-end and Front-End), Data Engineers, Devops, UI & UX, VP of Engineering and Fresh Graduate Engineering Program o Information Technology: Information and Cyber Security, Systems Administration, Technical Support o Commercial Planning: Pricing specialists, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, SVP, VP & other senior members of the department. o Special Projects: Managed planning and hiring for Noon Lockers and Noon Autonomous Vehicles. o Procurement: Established the complete Procurement department for Noon.com across all locations. o Logistics & Supply Chain: Solely responsible for managing yellow Friday hiring requirements for the organization across all locations. o Creative & Digital Marketing: Site Merchandisers, Brand Marketing, Graphic Designers, Art Directors.
• Develop innovative and engaging sourcing strategies for recruiting the best talent for each role.
• Challenge the hiring managers & leaders regarding hiring requirements & provide the best possible solution.
• Attend and manage all Technology driven career fairs & open days to obtain the best technology talent for noon.com.
• Scheduling of onsite interviews, meetings, and candidate travel.
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis of programs and approaches, manage the ATS and maintain requisitions, tracking in compliance with audit requirements.
• Manage all end-to-end recruitment activities; sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, preparing offer letters, employment contracts and obtaining CEO approvals.
• Assists HR department with other HR duties as assigned such as pre-boarding, onboarding and off-boarding.
• Developed salary structure, work levels, department structures, feedback structure and graduate program for the organizations.
• Responsible for managing bulk hiring for government clients (RTA, Ministry of Health, DU.ae, Etisalat, Etihad Airways)
• All other end-to-end recruitment activities
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for clients across technical industries o Engineering, Oil & Gas, Information Technology, Finance, F&B
• Manage the organizations social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Manage client account management.
