● Managed the transition of ADF to become under labor law policy in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

● Achieved 80% decrease in complaints handled by the legal department by creating a feature on HR system to submit any complaints to be sent to supervisor to be solved efficiently.
● Ensured exclusive offers for ADF employees in retail, restaurants, hotels/resorts, entertainment and car rentals to increase employee happiness and satisfaction.
● Ensured training courses for managers and employees by signing with external training center.
● Centralized payroll process to be completed in headquarters instead of branch which minimized error.
