best price/ best quality basis, & ensuring smooth supply of
materials, consumables & equipment to the company.
Negotiating prices and terms of products with suppliers.
I am benchmarking the performance of the Supply Chain.
Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices
for purchases.
Making recommendations & advising Cluster Procurement
I managed all purchasing issues.
Arranging freight forwarders & customs clearance.
Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, and goods
ordered and received.
Managing vendor relationships and building adequate supply
chain partnerships.
Coordinating weekly procurement progress meetings with
consultant and client.
Evaluated national & foreign suppliers while considering the
overall value with a goal to increase competitive edge & market
