• Initiated the new office in Pakistan and started the operation in three months.
• Competed startup project by configuring the secure vpn tunnel between two countries KSA and Pakistan.
• Oversee and manage IT Technical projects (Mobile Apps, Web Apps & Social media) for ERP Landscape to cope with business growth and business continuity
• Built datacenter in Islamabad with optimum availability of services with disaster recovery.

• Established and designed modern datacenter for projects to host servers and satellite dishes based as per requirements and demands of TVAM project in two cities of KSA.
• Created IT infrastructure for the TVAM project and to integrate with household data receiving via data SIM cards.
• Installed and managed the STG, Confirmit, Sytel Dialer and SurveyToGo in CATI Studio. Configured SIP trunks (VoIP).
• Successfully accomplished the Field Operation Management System - FOMS and Advanced Census Data Collection - ACDC Projects for KSA and META region.
• Rendered strategic and continuous project support to other regions CEE/META.
• Configured and supervised the entire IT Physical infrastructure.
