The Personnel Information Management System is a graduation project for myself and three colleagues. This small-sized system aims to develop an easy-to-use and effective system for managing employee information within the organization. This project focuses on addressing the challenges of manual data management by designing a digital solution that allows easy storage, retrieval and processing of employee data. The system was designed using modern technologies at that time in 2014, providing an opportunity for technicians to showcase their skills in system modification, database design, and user interface design.
