- Operations : From Forecast to delivery, all line up (Select, Register, import and store and guarantee the national distribution)
- Stock management and distribution (Facilities & Staff) Algiers, East and West facilities.

- Inbound logistics processes and operations (Import-Marine operation)
30 000 u/year, Transshipment and receiving ports’ proceedings to bounded area
Main objectives: Reduce logistics Costs and lead time.
- Outbound logistics processes & operation (National distribution)
Truck’s management for 5 distribution points HUB in Algeria (8 000 u/year)
- Stock management (Facilities & Staff operation)
6 Stockyards, 6000 u Monthly stock.

Rattaché au Directeur Commercial & au Directeur Général.
Responsable de:
- Amélioration des procédures commerciales;
- Implémentation des procédures logistiques;
- Coordination et orientation des équipes pour les résolutions de problèmes;
- Assurer une formation en matière d’opérations logistiques selon la méthodologie Toyota Way
