• Manage the stock and planning management systems.
• Create a core master data warehouse platform.
• Educate and report all planning metrics.
• Ensure continuous and transparent feedback to the Business.
• Set and maintain agreed stock targets and re-order levels in conjunction with the Business.
• Set and maintain all transportation and storage targets and SLA’s in conjunction with the requirements of the division.
• Manage all logistics vendor relationships resulting in secure commercial agreements for the consistent supply of goods both internationally and locally, supporting a replenishment process that consistently delivers required product volumes on-time and in-full, within date sensitive tolerances, via distribution chains to stores.
• Ensure that stocking policies result in a replenishment process that consistently delivers required product volumes on-time and in-full, within date sensitive tolerances, via distribution chain to stores.
• Co-ordinate with sales and operations planning by regularly reviewing systems and processes for distribution, product compliance, forecasting, inventory controls and scheduling, achieved through development of key performance indicators for each link in supply processes.

• Participate in developing and implementing the new washing machines project with ZANUSSI starting from product design, installing production lines prepare bill of materials (BOM) for each model, prepare raw materials and components (Kits), commissioning and lunching mass production.
• Team leader in implementing the new refrigerators project with DAEWOO starting from product design, prepare process data sheet (manufacturing and assembly sequence) installing production lines, prepare bill of materials (BOM) for each model, prepare raw materials and components (Kits), commissioning and lunching mass production.
• Team leader for localization component project by manufacturing most imported items in the local companies by preparing fully contracts with local plastics and sheet metals companies to make plastic molds and sheet metals dies and manufacturing needed items which is help company in cost saving ( 25 % less than imported items ) .
• Participate in developing and producing Gas cookers, water heaters.
