Directed a team of eleven over six different locations to implement the training on the development of sales tactics as well as overall sales process including demand generation for products, identifying customer needs, handling situations of price negotiations and the introduction of new product lines into the market and how to market them.
Directed a team of four sales representatives over six different locations as well as operating with more than 75% of all supermarkets in Kuwait with diverse knowledge in all areas of Kuwait. My tasks included but not limited to the development of the products and their sales as well as aiding the annual growth of the company and surpassing all sale targets.
I worked as the General Manager for a year where I was in charge of multiple supermarket locations insuring a smooth supply run, quotas being met and future targets set accordingly.
Worked directly with 3 sales merchandisers over nine different locations. My tasks included the creation and processing of restock orders of supermarkets across Kuwait with the company’s products as well as item display follow ups and check in at all different locations.
Worked with 25 technicians and mechanics.
