Roles and Responsibilities on middle East on TSS Team:
Act as client advocates and work with IBM internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied.
Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep your
customers’ environments operationally healthy.
Using close relationships developed with customers to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges and help
them achieve the greatest value from IBM and other vendors.
Help craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of IBM services, including IBM AIX, Storage, Linux, and
Cloud services.
Use My technical acumen and customer-facing skills to enable you to effectively represent IBM within a customer’s environment, and
drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.
Assisting customer in the establishment of an IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology
Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the customer.
Support our customers’ creative and transformative spirit of innovation across all technologies.
Assist with making pre-sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.
Ability to propose, illustrates, demonstrate and present architectural improvements and innovative architecture solutions
Identify customer's business drivers and goals.
Assisting in the establishment of an IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology.
Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company.
Guide customer for IT Finance, IT budget, IT Contracts administration and IT Cost Reduction.
Help customer to overcome current IT complexity.
Handling sales operations tasks for simple/complex/global/different vendors deals like Pricing, Contracting, And loading.
Provides technical support for AIX, Linux, Spectrum Protect and Storage.
Strong problem-solving skills: the ability to analyze problems and develop actionable and appropriate plans quickly.
