Managing The Warehouse and Logistics Operations for one of the biggest Contracting Companies in Qatar with more than 10 big Projects across the country, and One of the biggest Projects in Middle East (ORBITAL) JV with QDVC.
- Responsible for the overall management of the Main Warehouse and more than 10 other Stores on different Sites and Projects with more than 40 employees between Store Supervisors, Store Officers, Storekeepers, Logistic Coordinators, Store Helpers and Drivers.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to the scheduling, ordering, repair, maintenance and disbursement of heavy equipment, machinery, supplies and the logistics of several Sites Needs.
- Provide and ensure a maintenance plan for all tools and equipment.
- Ensure timely deliveries to field and storage of material
- Manage Stores budget and control costs.
- Maintain the schedule & delivery of all Bin Omran and subcontractors owned or rented equipment, tools and supplies to and from jobsites including loading equipment, tools and materials onto trucks and delivering them to each of our jobsites.

Managing the Overall Warehousing and Logistics Operations of One of the biggest Catering Companies in Qatar for 20+ Onshore Sites (Schools, Army, Hotels and many other Companies) and 20+ Offshore Sites (Oil Rigs, Barges and Vessels)
- Plan, organize and control CWH stores to ensure that the storage areas, facilities, equipment and deliveries to locations meet the requirements and standards set by the management.
- Assigning duties to storekeepers on daily basis after conducting toolbox & safety talks
- Manage and update stock with the help of computer Location Management System package.
- Observe First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method and strictly maintain expiry dates as per company rules and regulations.
- Follow up orders to ensure timely delivery of materials requested by the locations and other departments.
- Ensure freezers, chillers and refrigerators are being monitored regularly with correct temperatures and maintenance.
