- Worked on process engineering deliverables for Oil & Gas projects under the supervision of senior process
engineers, including:
• Preparation and revision of P&IDs for process and utility systems.
• Development and updating of line lists and tie-in list based on approved P&IDs
• Assistance in preparing equipment datasheets using process calculations, design data, and project specifications.
- Performed basic line sizing and pump hydraulic calculations using the Korf method for learning and practice
purposes, with partial parameter consideration.
- Designed and performed rating analysis of heat exchangers using (Aspen EDR), in line with process conditions and
project requirements.
- Performed separator sizing and design calculations in accordance with operating conditions and phase separation
criteria.

- Acquired knowledge of control systems, including PLCs and DCS, for efficient process control and also observed
and participated in refinery process, including Crude Oil processing and petroleum product production.
- Acquired knowledge of the experience in operations of Naphtha, Sulphur, Fuel, HPU, DHT, and Lube Refineries,
encompassing feedstock preparation, cracking, product recovery, sulfur recovery, and emissions control to optimize
production and minimize environmental impact.

- Conducted quality control tests on samples of textile fabric for conformance to industrial standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills were developed through hands-on experience with textile testing.
