- Manage all aspects of day to day L&D operations: (Course attendance status system updates, Review and approve all per diems and ensure it is paid on a timely basis, Review participants after course feedback, Ensure all invoices related to training are processed and paid in a timely matter, Evaluate and select vendors)
- Prepare an L&D achievement monthly report.
- Develop and maintain an L&D in-house training calendar.
- Participate in creating the (iLearn) system.
- Providing customers focused, comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers, employees and partners in line within university policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Provide support for employee on benefits granted by the university.
- Provide support for employee on obtaining health insurance.
- Facilitate and give health and benefits orientation for new hires.
