- Manage the Leading Premium Brand Le Chat
- Responsible of the marketing budget
- Mix Marketing
- Marketing Plan Elaboration
- Contribute in the development of the marketing calendar and ensure alignment with brand objectives
- Review Range Architecture (Main Brand + Brand Extensions)
- Brand vision
- Review current packaging and upgrade as per the brand vision
- Forecasting
Pricing:
- Responsible of the pricing strategy of the Brand
Communication:
- Develop the media plan (in coordination with MEDIA & PR)
- Development of thematic events Creative concepts (Review Creative, Copy and production of TV ads & Radio)
- Development and production of all brand communication materials ATL & BTL (TVC, Radio, trade briefs, POS, catalogues, etc)
Market Research:
- Lead all research projects, Ad- Hoc researches (Brand image, customer satisfaction, customer segmentation, stores shopper demographics etc)
- Brand Health & Communication Tracker (development and analysis)
- Understand shopper behavior and drive category insights and merchandising improvements
Distribution:
- Contribute in developping the Market structure
- Optimizing the merchandising

• Regular negotiations with the manufacturer Caterpillar.
• Cost Controller for all Algerian Maersk’s Offices
• FACT RTP LINER SUPERUSER (SAP TECHNOLOGY): responsible of the implementation of a new system FACT (cost control system) in Algeria.
• Sourcing and prospecting new customers
• Maintain and develop current customer’s portfolio
• Ensure that freight rates and addons are priced according to tariff or Maersk’s commercial guidelines and KPIs following.
• Branch Manager Interim (coordination of Customer Service, Sales, KPIs following, Operations and Administration departments of both agencies)
• Responsible of Import Capacity for all Algerian ports
• Equipment Management (Positioning; system updates; KPIs following),
• Vessels Management (follow up vessel’s schedule integrity),

• In charge of the back office (Customs Manifest Preparation; Data Quality, Export Customer Service and Documentation; KPIs following)
• Responsible of Import Capacity for all Algerian ports (from last transhipment port to final destination).
