I was employed to develop new concepts for Restaurants, Chocolate shops, a Chocolate Production Unit, a Bakery, a Patisserie, a Food Retail Outlet and Tea & Coffee Shops in Riyadh. This also involved setting up all the menus, along with recipes for pralines, truffles and bars for the in-house production of chocolates.

I trained to become a Master Chocolatier in 2004; I am well versed in Food Pairing; and I have attended an International Training Centre in Italy for Ice-cream-Making.

    I have travelled widely and attended food industry fairs annually (Sigep- Rimini; ISM and Anuga – Cologne, etc.), to keep abreast of changes and trends, as well as actively seeking out exceptional and unusual restaurants all around the globe for inspiration and reference.
