I was employed to develop new concepts for Restaurants, Chocolate shops, a Chocolate Production Unit, a Bakery, a Patisserie, a Food Retail Outlet and Tea & Coffee Shops in Riyadh. This also involved setting up all the menus, along with recipes for pralines, truffles and bars for the in-house production of chocolates.
I initiated and managed the new start-up of a Chocolate Production Unit and Retail Company (Chocolate and Coffee Shops) in Ljubljana - which was the first of its kind in Slovenia. I grew the business exponentially each year for ten years
I successfully set up a new brasserie restaurant in a high street location, doubling the previous turnover within six months and becoming a local trend setter in food and beverage.
I worked as General Manager of Planet Hollywood and increased both turnover and GP within six months of taking over as GM, and achieved ‘Best Mystery Diner Report’ in Europe on two occasions.
I was responsible for setting up and opening a restaurant in a new site in Hove, and I oversaw the running of that, together with another Café Rouge in London. I increased both turnover and GP at Victoria, London, and achieved ‘Best Mystery Diner Report’ in the UK.
