• Antenna System Optimization (Antenna re-tilting and re-azimuth) to solve overshooting and bad coverage problems using Ericsson Time Advance Measurements (MRR) and by the aid of drive test on the main axis.
• Perform Neighbor Plan (Neighbor Cleanup and Addition) using Ericsson Handover Requests Statistics (NCS)
• Interference Matrix Generation using Ericsson Interference and Handover requests Measurements (FAS and NCS)
• Interference Matrices Generation for RMS (T31) and Handover Requests Statistics (T180) using Alcatel Lucent Multi-vendor Planning tool.
• Run different Scenarios on the two Interference Matrices for getting the best frequency plan.
• Manual Frequency Tuning in order to get the final plan.
• Validate the final output of the tool to be implemented over the network.
• Follow up on the KPIs after the implementation.
• Drive Test Analysis after applying frequency plan.
