• Preparing and submission of monthly interim payment application (IPA) for Subcontractors invoices.
• Preparation of variation and claim related variation work and day works (IFT, IFC and Shop Drawing)
• Take-off Quantity (AutoCAD, Plan Swift, Revit) based on Tender Drawing, IFC & Shop drawings &
specification.
• Conducted site measurements and Evaluation for work progress.
• Preparation of BOQ based on Method of Measurement (POMI, CESSM & NRM2) & subcontractor package.
• Send the RFQ to sub-contractors and suppliers for ongoing job and prepare the Comparison.
• Check the Materials on and off site and verified delivery and acceptance from the client for payment approval.
• Assisted in cost estimation and budget preparation.
• Prepare and maintain records of all Subcontractors agreements and payments.
• Weekly visiting the site to monitor the progress of work done.
• Preparing daily reports and monthly progress reports.
• Attending the client meeting and coordinating with their QS/Commercial manager.
PRE-CONTRACT:
• Take off Quantities from AutoCAD, Plan Swift & Revit in pre-contract stage.
• Preparation of Monthly Payment Invoices/Interim Payment Applications.
• Dealing with Subcontractor Payments.
• Preparing BOQ from the drawing, specification and other documents issued by the client.
• Assist to Preparation of estimates and Tender Documentation for new project bids.
• Assessment of Variations.
• Sending RFI and clarification to client and follow up for necessary information.
• Identify labor, material and time requirement.
• Preparing RFQ, Price & technical comparisons for procurement manager
• Attending technical meeting with client/consultant.
