● Prepare and post all journal entries for the company accounts.
● Ensuring that the cash received by the cashier agrees with sales Invoices of the same date and generates daily report for finance manager.
● Generate weekly aging reports for customer payments.
● Responsible for managing accounts receivable. Ensure checks received match the record in the general ledger, responsible for monthly client billing.
● Investigate and resolve billing and account discrepancies.
● Issue checks and make transfers requested to settle vendor payments.(Local/Foreign).

● Responsible for Managing Financing schedule.
● Responsible for following up and recording Loans.
● Working with colleagues to resolve inquiries and issues.
● Responsible for two junior accountants.
● Maintaining accounting documents and records.
● Collating payroll information on a monthly basis.
● Following up with customers for payments.
● Responsible for payments for vendors.
● Making Reconciliation for bank statements.
