Handling wheat flour sales for Uganda and South Sudan, appointing dealers and distributor depends on market size and area coverage, sales promotional activities like road campaigns, spot advertisement and demonstrations, following route sales teams, coordinating with market and competitor for price fixation, participating world food programme tenders, daily/weekly collections, following bakeries for bulk order, daily/weekly/monthly reports to CEO/Directors.
Handling all company activities like accounts, banking, sales and marketing of sugar, rice, cooking oil, detergent soaps, cement, cold drinks and procurement of maize and beans from farmers. Managing the trucks for route sale and cement for distribution.
Distributor and dealer appointment and sales handling, route sale team management, managing Rwanda and South Sudan orders
Handling all importation and exportation of Agricultural Tractors, Spares and Implements, directly handling sales and marketing of Tractors and spares and Implements, handling workshop and after sales service team, participating in Government and NGO tenders, participating in trade shows, institutional sales for Entire Uganda and Rwanda operations. training and motivating the team members and competitor analysis and daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting.
Handling dealers respective areas regarding sale of Tractors namely farmtrac, powertrac and escorts and spares, appointing dealers where ever requires, participating road shows, trade shows, Agricultural shows, coordinating banks for payment means for retail collection, training and motivating the dealer employees in terms of sales and after sales service, competitor analysis, reporting
Appointing dealers and distributor for sonalika Tractors and spares, dealer development and sales, road shows, demonstration, agri shows and fair participating, bank follow ups for payment collection to finish the retail cycle, daily reporting
Handling all force motor( Bajaj Tempo) after sales service work, spares parts order, handling supervisors, foremen and mechanic and assigning the work on daily / hourly basis, handling warranty claims and good will claims, handling accident vehicles in term of quotation preparation, coordinating with vehicle insurance surveyor for claims, handling ban beating team and vehicle body spray painting works.
