Supervision and monitoring of road construction and connection of services pipes.
Excavation of trail trenches for detecting of Services pipes such as Water pipes, Irrigation pipelines, Sewage pipes, Gas pipeline and telecommunication cables.
Construction and connection of services pipes to the proposed plan from the initial plan.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.
Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
Ensures all the necessary work permits are obtained prior to commencement of any civil works.
Monitors the actual physical works at site.
Ensures the provision of IFC drawings, specifications, standards and other related documents.
Submits to client for review, qualification and approval, remedial or alternate construction method due to restraints during the performance of the work.
Coordinating inspection of the site in conjunction with the QA/QC inspector and the Consultants
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site.
Directly responsible for the safety of all civil groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
Supervision and Monitoring of Construction of Enabling and Shoring Works at Al Khail Avenue, Jumeira Village.

Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.

Perform other similar or related duties as and when assigned by the Construction Manager, Head of Specialists, or Lead Structural / Civil Engineer.
Ensuring Health and Safety Precautions.
Select and design the best technical solution relevant to offshore platforms.
Follow up platform design carried out by sub-contractors.
Coordinate design activities ensuring technical support during execution phases.
Define tender documentation and carry out technical evaluation of tenders.
Act as the Technical Authority and, if needed, the Technical Coordinator as far as structural aspects are concerned.
Ensure interface between different Contractors and Certifying Authority.
Liaises with project management team to identify the motives for any given work request, ensuring the scope of work agreed is suitable and the task is completed within the agreed time frame.
Supervision and Monitoring of Construction of roads, drainages and culverts at Fairmont Gardens Mixed Development Scheme, Lekki Sub-region, Lagos.
Preparation and Analysis of Construction Drawings.
Preparation of Weekly and Monthly reports on site activities.
