its intended use, and all work areas confirm to minimum requirements set by the local health authorities.

units and ensuring that the agreed corrective, preventative actions/measures are implemented.

▪ Responsible for the shipments of refrigerated cargo ships to ensure that the standard control of
temperature in all cargoes are adhered during the voyage. To monitor and document the statement
of facts during loading and unloading of refrigerated or frozen cargoes and safely from one point to
destination.
▪ To investigate and make corrective action for any incident/accident that may arise during
the voyage including the condition of the ship and facility that affects the standard limits
and out of control.
▪ Conduct risk assessment and implement preventive and corrective action/control
measures.
