As HRBP in charge of Managed Services Projects, i work with a team of fifteen professionals from various disciplines. I am in charge of the welfare, Benefits, payroll and morale optimization of four hundred and twenty-two (422) outsourced resources which encompass the entire project (Airtel). I also participate with Bidding teams, as well as contract negotiation team in winning and acquiring new business for the organisation. I have also been present and productive towards managing prospective clients for Managed Services projects in west African countries, Senegal, Ghana, and Cameroun to name a few. I am responsible for managing end to end process for people transfer in Managed Services Projects
Receives Employment Requisitions from HR Manager; checks to be sure they are complete and properly approved.

Receives Employment Requisitions from departments; checks to be sure they are complete and properly approved. If not, contacts department head or designate, and resolves any open items related to the requisition (such as position description).
Preparation of Staff audit, welfare and benefits administration, conducting staff morale surveys.
Prepares regular Job Bulletin postings, summarizing the announcement from contents of the position description. Sends Job Bulletins to Departments for posting, to the Ministry of Labour, and also, to schools or other recruiting sources as appropriate. Consults with the Recruitment Manager for recruitment plan details for each open position.
Prepares the file for the recruitment process, maintaining information on all applicants for the position.
Schedules interviews based on the requests of the hiring manager, Recruitment Manager, Senior Employment, Training and Development Manager or General Manager Human Resources.
Prepares all the documentation for employment of new hires, including setting up the file, checking to be sure all the documents are completed, preparing the Report of Employment and the Employment Contract. This work is reviewed and signed by the General Manager Human Resources or his designate.Maintains the Employment Requisition log book, compiling current information on all open positions.

A robust Background in Branding, Port operations, HR , Finance, Project Management , Marketing as well as Port management. the skills learnt in this one year have enabled me to have a broad view on the workings of a Port terminal. It covered all aspects of the above mentioned topics ,and i was dully tested in the subjects. I was awarded a merit score in the entire class of 2009
I have an understanding of the dynamics of Economics and its applications in the real world environment. I have over the years studied papers in terms of Micro and Macro economics and implement this in HR strategy during Due diligence during HR people transition for Mergers or acquisitions. I finished with a 3rd class.I wrote a paper on the effect of Micro economic theory on small and medium scale enterprises and its effect on their general growth
A full knowledge based curriculum which covered areas like Sql Server 2000, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Java , as well as C++ , it was a four year course where i learnt skills in terms of writing code , and have applied this while working with Human resource Information systems.I was awarded a merit award in this course.
