As HRBP in charge of Managed Services Projects, i work with a team of fifteen professionals from various disciplines. I am in charge of the welfare, Benefits, payroll and morale optimization of four hundred and twenty-two (422) outsourced resources which encompass the entire project (Airtel). This work is reviewed and signed by the General Manager Human Resources or his designate.Maintains the Employment Requisition log book, compiling current information on all open positions.
Prepares the file for the recruitment process, maintaining information on all applicants for the position.
