- Assume the role of department head, directly reporting to the Director of
Operations and General Manager.
- Spearhead initiatives to boost revenue and ensure the overall prosperity of
the sales department.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation processes for the Sales
team.
- Establish transparent and ambitious targets for both the team and
individual members.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key accounts.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify
opportunities, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyze sales data systematically, preparing comprehensive reports for
management on a weekly basis.
- Assume responsibility for achieving the sales room and MICE goals for both
2022 and 2023
