A multi- Billion South Border Housing Project is being implemented by the Ministry of Interior (MOI) to provide housing and related support facilities to Saudi Border Guard personnel working at the Southern and Eastern Borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

WORK DESCRIPTION:
1. Preparation of various Progress Report (Weekly, Monthly including QC Weekly Monitoring) to be submitted to Top Management.
2. Preparation and updating of Progress Monitoring Sheet, Tracking and evaluation of Project progress.
3. Review/Check Baseline Schedule vs Actual accomplishment of the Project using Primavera 6 v8.3.
4. Review/ Check Baseline Manpower Mobilization and Equipment Plan (Plan vs. Actual).
5. Review/ Check the Histogram(S-Curve) Plan vs. Actual.
6. Review/ Comment on the submitted Daily Progress Report (Based on actual accomplish on site activity).
7. Review and comment all the documents submitted by the Contractor (Weekly, Monthly Report including all Attachment) before approved by Manager and upload to SUPREMO.
8. Attend Technical Meeting (Contractor and Consultant) to discuss the Project development.
