Issuing all the correspondences with regards to the planning, following up the progress and the claims as well.
Preparing detailed (Design, Procurement and Construction) schedule for the running Projects.
Preparing the Master Schedule for the overall area.
Involved developing a detailed analysis of the programme data on Primavera software including resources and costs and rejecting them where necessary and requiring the programmes to be resubmitted with advised corrections made.
I also undertook the responsibility to monitor the Contractor’s progress
against these programmes and make monthly reports for the owner stating the progress as well as giving other information.
Holding planning meetings with subcontractors and section managers.
Following up progress and updating the detailed schedules .
Issuing performance reports during the construction phase.
