Involved developing a detailed analysis of the programme data on Primavera software including resources and costs and rejecting them where necessary and requiring the programmes to be resubmitted with advised corrections made.
I also undertook the responsibility to monitor the Contractor’s progress
against these programmes and make monthly reports for the owner stating the progress as well as giving other information.
