•Develop and implemented company safety
programs, procedures that effectively reduced job
site accidents and injuries.
•Monitor, assess and report on HSE compliance
with the project HSE requirements as per the
corporate policies, procedures and HSE legislation
and issue safety and environmental violation
notices as needed.

robust health, safety and environmental plans,

environmental professionals involved in the safe
management of all operations on the project.

potential health hazards and put corrective
measures immediately into effect.
•Facilitated meetings with upper management and
executives to discuss ways that safety could be
improved.
•Facilitated occupational safety meetings and
handled inquiries, questions and concerns in
terms of training.
•Facilitated weekly HSE meetings with the
contractors.
•Conduct daily safety walkthrough with
contractors to cover every zone at least once a
week.
•Suspend all unsafe hazardous activity if do not
meet under HSE standard and regulation, best
practices.
•Monitor the HSE performance of Site staff and
presenting the monthly safety performance
monitoring report to project manager.
•Prepare HSE Manual and designed HSE Policy for the organization.
•Prepare Emergency plan & Emergency Response experience in (Ramadan and Hajj) Season
•Extensive experience in executing root cause analysis and sound practicality in construction safety
•Issuing all technical reports for safety department.
•Advise and assist management for preparing, implementing, amending, correcting and getting approvals for HSE plans, policy and method statement of all construction activities as per the current HSE legislation, complying with International Safety Standards.
•Conduct accident and incident investigations to establish the preventive measures to prevent recurrence and communication of preventive measures.
•Analyze Incident and provide recommendations for continuous improvement base upon observations, near misses, incidents, first aid cases and medical treatment statistics for both proactive and reactive recommendations.
•Preparing training Matrix as per the trainings requirements base analysis of the team members and organized various workshops and training sessions to raise the awareness of team.
•Review and comment on Contractors HSE Plans, risk assessments and work method statements.
•Prepare regular weekly, monthly and other reports as required on safety matters.
•Conduct contractor safety evaluation before contract.
•Train employees in current regulations and practices in effort to prevent accident and promote overall safety.
•Inspection of electrical panels, cables and personal protective equipment’s (PPE).
•Implementation and regular monitoring of Construction Environmental Management Plan to ensure air, dust, waste levels are controlled.
•Manage and support the Environmental Department at Mecca and Madinah site.
•Ensure Hazards from use of noxious substance, or exposure to noise, vibration, dust or fumes is preferably eliminated or minimized to the lowest practical level.
•Prepare Drawing Electrical Designs Including lighting layout, power layout, load schedule, load balance, single line diagram, using AutoCAD for any exchange.
•Responsible for power and UPS maintenance.
•Responsible for electrical quality control.
•Work as system administrator for with below details:
o Responsible for Domains hosting and mails problem.
o Responsible for Domain Controller, ISA 2006
and Exchange in internal Network.
o Responsible for Firewall and proxy server with
Linux Operating system.
o Responsible for Communicate mail server with
Linux Operating system.
o Configuring, Administrating and
troubleshooting server system.
o Active Directory users, computers, Group
polices and permissions.
o Maintenance and Troubleshooting Network
Providing Support For ADSL, SDSL, Support
Router's
o Configuration & LAN WAN Troubles, Wireless
Routers & Access point.
