I managed the completion of concrete, firefighting, and electromechanical works for four towers, ranging from 7 to 10 floors in height. Additionally, I designed and implemented shoring systems to ensure soil stability during construction.
Supervising finishing works for three residential villas and overseeing the construction of a three-floor mosque, I ensured precision and timely delivery. I effectively coordinated subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, streamlining workflows for on-time project completion.
My meticulous project management included organizing material deliveries and preparing progress reports, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders throughout.
With a focus on excellence and adherence to strict standards, I successfully completed concrete, firefighting systems, electromechanical works, and finishing for seven high-rise towers(hotels), ranging from 7 to 12 floors in height.
