Techniques & Duties handled:
1. Intraperitoneal injections in Mice and Rats.

3. Histological studies with H&E, PASE staining.
4. Immunofluorescence studies on Colon and lung tissue of Balb/C
mice.
5. Tissue homogenization and Western blotting techniques.
6. Perform laboratory analysis on all materials after appropriate sterilization.
6. Proteome Profiler array mouse cytokine array panel for
determination of relative levels of selected mouse cytokine and
chemokines.
7. Doing DNA extraction and RNA extraction.
8. Doing total cell count(TCC) and Differential cell count (DCC).
9. Cell culturing techniques of tissues.
10. Real Time PCR and Droplet PCR Technique.
11. Gel electrophoresis and gel preparations. Bothe SDS-PAGE and
agarose gel.
11. Competency on all test methods, lab SOPs (standard operating procedures), and instrument calibrations.

Research Administrative Duties:
1. Writing reports for clinicians (including family doctors,
consultant neurologists and pediatricians) who have requested
tests and advising them on investigation strategies
2. Developing and devising new investigation strategies, taking
account of the clinical problems of genetic disease and the
clinical relevance of inherited or acquired genetic abnormalities.
3. Dealing with enquiries and communicating with clinical
colleagues and other healthcare professionals;
training and teaching colleagues and other healthcare
professionals.
4. Interpreting quality control and quality assurance data.
