Complete the administrative needs of the sales and Logistics Department.
• Issuing and tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Supporting all sales and operational staffs with document creation, order processing and order management.
• Ensuring timely delivery and management of delivery schedules.
• Preparing outbound document for JAZFA clearance and issuing E-gate pass for delivery.
• Processing and archiving all Bill of Entry documents and gate passes for all goods sold and received in and out of
the JAFZA warehouse.
• Respond to the sales queries via phone, email and sales requests.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, branches & Sales staff for the delivery.
• Review the quantities and report to the GM for the items not available.
• Updating, maintenance and checks of pricing on the stock system.
• Check the inquiries received from the market same day without errors.
• Prepare the quotations and send to customers with no delays with accuracy.
• Inform the sales staff about new arrivals on time.
• Updating sales trackers & spreadsheets for each customer base and sharing with the relevant accounts team.

• Conducting the cycle count stock audits, reporting following up on any discrepancies and adjusting stock to
match the system and vice versa.
Coordinate product delivery schedules from one destination to another.
• Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies procedures regarding picking, packing and shipping
management.
• Update databases and other reporting tools to maintain visibility of shipment status.
• Maintenance of accurate stores records and accounts through sound audit and stock-take procedures through
SAP also.
• Preparing Documents for Inbound and Outbound Shipments.
• Preparing Customs submission documents.
• Reviews freight rates: air, sea, courier, and land.
• Performance of any other duties as required by Project Manager.
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
