Job encompass assisting the Project Manager to provide a professional Project and Design Management service internally and externally, as set out in scopes of service. Usual duties included:
 Assisted project manager to manage complex projects from start to finish.
 Maintaining client relationships.
 Supporting and mentoring junior staff.
 Drafting proposals for new projects.
 Assist project manager to coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors.
 Verifying build drawings and construction process.
 Ensuring projects are executed using agreed standards & processes.
 Strategically managing risk.
 Ensuring record of all required permits.
 Reviewed and approved all project documentation.
 Preparing status reports for use in communication to stakeholders.

Job encompass overseeing internal and external design consultant teams, controlling the development of the design concept into design sheets and managing the team, cost and schedule of Main responsibilities included assisting assigned Project Manager in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. Typical duties and activities undertaken include assisting the Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications that include, but not limited to:
 Project coordination & project controls.
 Construction billings & cash flow projects.
 Cost tracking for sequential costing.
 Project schedule adherence.
 Project submittals & delivery logs.
 Project documentation & monthly report generation.
 Onsite project visits and meetings.
 Meeting minutes and documentation.
 Building and safety regulations.
 Risk management.

Assisted professor in teaching risk management course to graduate students. Responsibilities included:
 Preparing curriculum and presentations.
 Performing high-quality research and finding publishers to help students with ready resources.
 Preparing lectures, as well as grading papers and tests.
 Assisted students in completing thesis and career development.
 Provided extra coaching to students.

Roles and responsibilities included:
 Discussing the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project.
 Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client.
 Developing aesthetic composition and logistical analysis for models drawings and sketches.
 Preparing drawings to meet office CAD standards.
 Preparing 3D renderings and document packages for presentation.
 Maintaining project tracking systems and preparing construction drawing sheet files.
 Specifying the nature and quality of materials required within financial budgets.
 Carrying out regular site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget.
