Job encompass assisting the Project Manager to provide a professional Project and Design Management service internally and externally, as set out in scopes of service. Usual duties included:
Assisted project manager to manage complex projects from start to finish.
Maintaining client relationships.

Typical duties and activities undertaken include assisting the Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications that include, but not limited to:
Project coordination & project controls.
Construction billings & cash flow projects.
Cost tracking for sequential costing.
Project schedule adherence.
Project submittals & delivery logs.
Project documentation & monthly report generation.
Onsite project visits and meetings.
Meeting minutes and documentation.
Building and safety regulations.
Risk management.
