To monitor and control the project progress, analyze and asses any delay and to propose corrective actions in order to mitigate risks and prevent any delay whenever required.

To Coordinate & assist with Contracts department for Preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) for the project.
Preparation of Executive Progress Summary Report / Presentations to the Top Management on Project Status for periodical (Weekly Meeting with CEO) Review.
To interact with PCM/CM/PM & issue Progress Reports to Client & Top Management on weekly/ monthly basis & discuss the forecast strategy of project progress.
To Coordinate with Project Operation Teams, Engineering, Procurement and Construction and make them aware of the Project Milestones & critical activities to ensure project schedules are met.
To Coordinate with Client Operation and PMT Team on weekly basis for Project Review.
Define and Optimize the necessary resources requirement for EPC&C or I phases
Estimation of Manpower Requirement for the Project based on standard productivity norms. Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using Histogram
Preparation of Project Progressive invoice based on project progress & key milestone achievements.
Preparation and Reshuffling of Project Budget.
Approval of subcontracts & Local Purchase orders in Oracle system managing the availability of sufficient Budget of the project.
Management & tracking of subcontract services, certification & invoices.
To provide Project Feedback and Lessons Learned to Business development Team in order to improve the Planning & Scheduling Methodology & implementing the methodology Management.
Monitoring & maintaining project compliance with project management standard policies, Quality & HSE standards, procedures and templates through project audits
