1-Manage the team work and monitor the operations, very flexible and right decision maker to keep the work balance between the company and the employee.
2- Responsible to enforce HSS requirements polices procedures.
3- Good leadership with an understanding of HR relations, Training performance, Evaluation.
4- Handling the Plants & accommodation, providing all facilities with health and safety and monitoring all the activities with regular checkup and preventive maintenance.
5- Power, control Panels, Timers and auto control systems. Submersible pumps, Air blowers, Air compressors. Hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.
6- Doing 5-S Hazard, Near miss, achievements, preparations & implement
7- Forklifts, power trollies, dock levelers, Automatic doors & W/H equipment’s.
8- Irrigation system, control, solenoid and normal valves, stations, timing set up.
9- Fixing & maintaining the fire fitting pumps, controls, Sprinkles, Fire hoses & Fire Alarms.
10- Civil works, like water, Electrify, Floors, Ceiling, Water Proofing, Painting, Sanitary works, Air conditions, window, split, centralized. Water chillers, A/c Trane package, FCU/AHU units.
11- Having strong knowledge & experience in local markets, in purchasing section, making PRs, PO, with cash & credit material/parts purchasing from supplier’s and showrooms.
