Working with senior account manager of sales operations and sales management team to support sales planning & analysis;
•Supporting team to establish, streamline policies and procedures throughout the department, ensuring best practices in sales forecasting, reporting, and communications;
•Performing tasks on data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization;
•Managing the allocation of EMEA projects consultants across the sales team and channel partners;
•Liaising between sales, presales, clients, partner and professional services consultant;
•Creating “Profession Service Agreements” (PSA) and Statement of Work (SoW);
•Tracking and analysis of key metrics - pipeline growth, quota attainment and presenting to stakeholders;
•Creating weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) for sales management;
•Compiling key information related to performance against sales objectives for management team;
•Routine analysis of win-loss data and reports on key findings to sales leadership;
•Preparing presentations on sales analysis, marketing activities & achievements from salesforce & other data sources;
•Executive reporting of sales results, key metrics, KPIs and ad-hoc analysis;
•Implementing and managing reports and dashboards in salesforce;
•Ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required for successfully managing business;
•Monitoring accuracy of sales reports and providing salesforce training and knowledge transfer to consultants;
•Managing successful delivery of SLA throughout length of client engagement;
•Detailed analysis of KPI reports for Programmed Board Meeting;
•Tracking process of invoices with accounting department; and
•Preparing project forecasts, budgets, revenue and reconciliations.
Managing allocation of resources and ensuring adequacy of sales - related terms through liaising with engagement and account managers;
•Preparing the statement of Work (SoW) and related invoices for clients and finalize the deal process;
•Dealing with all post-sales and client requests activities making sure they are dealt through appropriate channels;
•Working closely with finance team and responsible for data updating are relayed for accurate financial reporting;
•Providing administrative support in managing the EMEA dashboard;
•Compiling of documentation and liaising with all consultants;
•Managing EMEA opportunities by appointing engagements to appropriate consultants;
•Internal and external stakeholder's management and assisting trainings, workshops and team events;
•Actively looking for opportunities to improve business processes; and
•Maintaining of consultant profiles; and achieving successful delivery of SLA.
Managing order processes for clients;
•Raising purchase orders;
•Managing deliveries according to company monthly purchase requirements;
•Negotiating with suppliers to obtain best prices and delivery times in compliance with agreed deadlines;
•Compiling monthly forecast and weekly reports for management teams;
•Maintaining, tracking portal to ensuring the Supplier and Production Database remains aligned activities; and
•Monitoring the environmental and safety aspects of the plant and process.
Responsible for handling the direct sales of services in various departments;
•Providing management support to the store manager;
•Customer facing sales activities through managing relationships;
•Actively looking for opportunities to maximise sales and profitability; and
•Dealing with customer enquiries.
