• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to faculty and staff.
• Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
• Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
Presently working in R.P Distributors (Distributors of NILKAMAL Furniture, Coimbatore) September2011-till date
NATURE OF WORK: -Cash Reconciliation Statement I.e. Inward & Outward Statement.
-Stock Reconciliation Statement.
-Stock Inward & Outward as per PO And Allocation.
-General A/c related work such as preparation of vouchers, record Keeping and accounting transactions.
-Generating Sales Invoices.
-Client & Vender Interaction & making follow-up for Payments.
-Handling day to day Accounts
-Petty Cash Management & Cash book Reconciliation.
-Follow Up with Local Bank for Banking Transaction.
-Handling Sale Tax Work along with company Accountant.
-Maintain Ledger for Sales, purchase.
-Making Vouchers & Entries in Computer.
