• Reduced company’s exposure to half by setting up strict credit policies and helping the company by negotiating with customers and taking help of insurance companies/Banks.
• During COVID-19 times, able to maintain same level of profitability without any compromise on cash reserves.

• Acted as Functional Consultant for successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

The Group is the biggest in Oman and the Company is into Automotive Sector and sells brands like BMW, Nissan, Renault, Rolls Royce and Mini. The main activities and responsibilities handled are:
• Understanding the process within the organization, finding out the control gaps in the process and implementing the controls.
• Evaluating internal control systems / procedures of auditee, preparing audit reports with a view to highlight shortcomings and implement necessary recommendations.
• SAP/CRM, Autoline(ADP) and E-drive based Operational & Financial Audit.

Post Article ship worked for the Company and simultaneously handled the assignments of M/s. Sumedha Fiscal Services Limited (Category I Merchant Banking Company). The main activities and responsibilities handled were:
