• Record AP invoices on a daily basis and reconcile the accounts between them.
• Prepare Outgoing and Incoming payments on a daily basis for suppliers and employees.
• Proper maintenance of Cash Custody accounts by Project Coordinators

• Closely follow up with local and foreign suppliers to close invoice and bill against advance payment for booking as a cost and prepare aging for credit payment.
• Process journal entries of Depreciation and prepaid Exp and perform accounting correction to ensure accurate records. Perform month, quarter, and year end closing activities including account analysis, journal entry preparation, and preparation of internal reports. Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare a Performance Report for each ProjectWise to analyse the situation of proper invoicing and gross profit.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted principles, policies and procedures.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information. and Record Equipment utilisation cost booking and Schedule for the year closing as per auditor requirement. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information. Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Reconcile the Bank Statement, Ledger, and Supplier Account for proper payment schedule and closing of pending invoices to settled monthly wise.
