-Promote the company brand to key customers, ensuring their knowledge is current and appropriate.
-Generating new business both in face to face meetings and over the phone.
-Replying to all customer inquiries in a timely and accurate matter. -Responsible for service and after market quotations.
-Handling documentation for survey class approvals and ISO quality management system.
-Handling service enquiries and delegating jobs to the service engineers/technicians.
-Ensuring direct service support is provided to service team and customers during site operations.
-Ensure all follow-up actions are concluded satisfactorily based on post job reports and debriefs.
-Support the business development manager in the development of client relationships and pursuit of new clients.
-Provide technical support to field engineers.
-Provide onsite engineering assistance in time of manpower shortage.

Carry out servicing and surveys of vessel equipments.
Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of level gauging equipments, fire alarm systems, gas detection systems, hull stress monitoring systems and load computers.
Provide technical training to vessel staff on equipments installed.
Carry out calibration and testing of test instruments.
Prepare service reports and test certificates for servicing jobs carried out.
