Role:
• Member of Project Procurement Team, working at Abu Dhabi Branch office in Abu Dhabi (UAE).
• Currently handling Electrical, Automation and HSE packages for Borouge -4 and Ras Laffan Qatar Gas Project.
• Bid and Proposal Management for Saudi Aramco Safaniyah Project.
• Lead a team of 05 professional Buyers/Expeditors (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation).
• Supervised and ensured high level of efficiency in all Pre-Order and Post-Order activities.
• Interfaced with all internal Organization departments and External Parties
• Solely handled all Long Lead Electrical and Instrument Equipment’s.
• Reviewed ITT full set documents and preparing/studying best Procurement strategy for several new Bidding Projects.
• Identified Project Long Lead Items and respective estimated manufacturing and delivery time.
• Aligned with the Control and Planning department to meet the Procurement timeframe execution plan and Project Overall schedule.
• Ensured timely issuance of budgetary RFQ/Enquiry and related technical/commercial offers to Project Approved Vendors.
• Cost/budget analysis (Material and Service) and risk analysis to identify the correct budget for Procurement complete activities. Monitoring KPI factors.
• Developed Vendors Agreements that contributed to increase profits by standardizing contracts.
• Developed tactical processes and facilitated trainings for buyers/expeditors to increase efficiency.
• Negotiated successfully all Vendors agreements. Conducted effective and proactive negotiation with Single Source Vendor.

• Project value of USD 800 Million. This Project was in consortium with GS E&C having total Project value of USD 3.2 Billion.
• Member of Corporate Project Procurement Team. Handled Procurement of Dahej and Hazira Captive Co-Generation Power Project on EPC basis having Project value around USD 1.2 Billion.
• Finalized Rate Contracts of HT & LT Motors for USD 20 billion J3 Project.
• End to End procurement of Electrical equipment’s for all ongoing Petrochemical/Polyester Projects. Reviewed and coordinated for all upcoming Turnkey Captive Power Projects to be finalized on EPC Basis.
• Work with Contractor to develop and implement overall and individual purchasing plans.
• Review and implement Contractor’s Purchasing and Materials Management plans including plans for purchase of spare parts and for purchase of bulk materials.

• Planning and Execution of Erection, Testing & Commissioning works of MV and LV Switchgears, Bus Ducts, Transformers, Bus Transfer System (BTS), Electrical Control Panel (ECP), BTG MCC, Common MCC, BMCC, TMCC, HT/ LT Motors for 4620 MW (4X330 MW+ 5X660 MW) Mundra Power Project.
• Worked on numerical relays used for different protection schemes, undertook designing of electrical circuits and modifying them as per requirements. Coordinated with contracting firms for completion of Project with time and cost parameters.
