Summer Internship & Training
• Worked with the entire HR team to understand the complete process and operations
• Individually operated the payroll and talent acquisition process during internship period
• Helped to gain understanding about the performance appraisal process and the issues that organization faced transforming the appraisal system to online
• Gained exposure with the IT packages used by the HR team
• Successfully Conducted a survey on the employees to understand the “Impact of performance appraisal on employee motivation” a detailed statistical analysis was carried on the data and key observation was reported to the management.

• Worked as a Administrator-Customer master to do a Database migration and updating of customer profiles

• Generating monthly sales volume against the existing customers and sales performance analysis of dealers.
