Project work scope, budget, change definition & management of Engineering, Procurement & Construction phase of project
•Work breakdown structure and work categorization

EPC of Mono Ethyl Glycol Project (MEG), Singapore - Shell Houdini, Greenfield Project, (EPC Project PMC Role, Project Value 3bn USD - Oil & Gas Project
Development of package level schedules and integration of same at project level.
Updating the schedule on real time basis, analyzing the floats and reporting critical paths.
Performing probabilistic schedule risk analysis for the project.
Developing and maintenance of progress monitoring and measurement systems, analyzing and reporting monthly progress of each packages, earned value analysis and corrective measures for slippages.
Interfacing with company’s different work centres, contractors, suppliers, third party agencies for the project progress monitoring and reporting.
Preparing weekly, monthly project reports and presentation slides.
Development of project control procedures and systems for the project and updating the same.
Recording project changes and project decisions and obtaining necessary approvals

Preparation and issue an overall detailed level III project execution schedule in P3 Primavera of all mechanical piping and structural facilities includes pipelines, equipment
Deriving WBS structure including the cost and resource loading and prepares detailed report including earned value analysis on weekly and monthly basis
Deriving critical Path analysis and identified risk and conducted debottleneck study including risk analysis and reporting
Preparing the monthly project presentation including project progress, cash flow and maintaining the close control of project progress and identifying the potential delays and recommend the recovery plan
Prepared and issued periodical reports of milestone accomplishments against Schedules
Setup of an Integrated and Detailed Project Monitoring System with man hours/budgets and Deliverable/Cost Estimates. Development of Invoicing Procedures/Calculate Progress Measurements for all Bids/Jobs for the Contract
Hydrogen Generation Unit for HPCL Trombay, Brownfield Project; (Project Value 1bn USD &
