 Handling Customer like YANSAB, YANPET, IBN RUSHD, SAMREF, Aramco & SABIC affiliated
industries, SWCC/SECO, Arabian Cement, Cristal Global (TiO2 Plant) etc. in Western Region
of Saudi Arabia serving products like, Mechanical seal, Diaphragm Coupling, Expansion Joints,
Gaskets & Packing, Magnetic Coupling, Magnetic Filters.
 Installation/disassembling of seal on/from Pump, Compressors, Blowers, Agitators and
Centrifuges along with supply system, including Valve, Piping, instruments, etc.
 Collection of rotary equipment parameters for selection, analysis and recommendation of
Couplings/Seals/DGS.
 Analysis of Seal failure, finding / pointing out the root causes, probable reasons and to suggest,
validates and implements the corrective actions to avoid the reoccurrence.
 Servicing of Mechanical Seals, analysis, generating report, raising material requisition,
assembly & testing according to API standards. Seal face lapping, Grinding.
 Seal selection/recommendation based on application, material compatibility, failure history,
equipment obstructions, environment issue, etc.
 General awareness & taking day-to-day reference from API Standards like 610/1/2/3/4, 670 for
rotary equipment, ASME, ANSI B16.1/5 for Piping/Flanges, 660/661 for Heat exchanger,
ASTM, EPA etc.
 As a sales perspective, focus is always on as to how to augment business be it converting
gland packed pumps, converting other make of seals or converting non API seals to API seals
by shear technical strength and inter personal relationship.
 Searching Bad Actor Pumps/other rotary equipment Seal and suggesting better designed seal
& supply systems to improve reliability & overall cost reduction.

 Checking on Plant’s Bad Actor Pump/Agitator where MTBF is very high, Suggesting better
material/designed seal with supply system.
 Reviewing the Drg of Heat Exchanger for recommending better style and material of Gasket by
studying m, y factor, shear strength, crush load calculations.
 Reviewing customer inquiries of Pumps & it’s parameters like NPSH (required/available),
Suction/Discharge/head, Flow, Capacity, Piping, Flange connections, performance curves & on
studying it, recommending Grundfos equivalent type of pump. Repair of pump including
replacement of wear parts, bearing, etc.
 General awareness & taking day-to-day reference from API Standards like 610/1/2/3/4, 670 for
rotary equipment, ASME, ANSI B16.1/5 for Piping/Flanges, 660/661 for Heat exchanger,
ASTM, EPA etc.
 Presentation of Company’s profile, range of product, capacity and way of working to the
customers.
