- Document UNICEF supporting interventions, Good Practices as well as gathering and documenting human-interest stories from benefitted youth.
- Undertake field visits to conduct interviews and FGDs with UNICEF partners/benefitting youth/field staff and other relevant staff members across Jordan and in Syrian Refugee Camps to gather in depth information on the existing interventions and potential promising practices for UNICEF.
- Analyze the collected data and identify potential projects/thematic areas for documentations in consultation with other staff members.
- Interpretation and presentation of the gather information to develop recommendations and suggestions for future programme development and quality.
- Develop reporting tools that meet the requirements of the project
- Develop log-frames and M&E plans for projects
- Setting up MEAL systems and tools for the various projects
- Collect, monitor and analyze the data received from the field through different tools and methodologies
- Analyze data and prepare M&E findings
- Provide inputs, information and statistics for project reports and project management team
- Undertake regular visits to field to support the implementation of M&E and accountability tools
- Train field staff on MEAL tools
- Lead and conduct needs assessments and mid/final evaluations
- Train technical staff on program quality tools
- Work with program and M&E staff to define appropriate evaluation exercises aimed at assessing project/program outcomes
- Prepare and document program learning reports used for improving program quality
- Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output
- Collect, monitor and analyze the data for the field through different tools and methodologies
- Support MEAL team in analyzing the data for the evaluation and assessment reports
- Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results
- Support MEAL team in the implementation of needs assessment
- Support MEAL team in the implementation of focus group discussion and one-to-one interviews with the beneficiaries
- Prepare MEAL related reports (project reports, monitoring reports and evaluation reports)
- Assist in coordinating across the available components of the project to ensure effective implementation of M&E
- Ensure accountability in all the different projects by keeping track of the complaints and feedback mechanisms in all the SCI centers
